Three Reasons Why I Switched to Dubsado

Ever since launching my business two years ago, I've used the same client management system and I've always felt the same way about it — it was alright. Workflows

Even though I'm hyper-organized, every once in a while something seemed to slip through the cracks with my old content management system. I love, love, love the workflow feature in Dubsado and how easy it was to apply to my client projects every step of the way. With workflows, you can automate everything — from emails, to contracts and invoices, to forms and telling clients what to expect. And don't worry, you can pause workflows to add personal touches and information relevant to certain projects. Already, implementing workflows has saved me so much time! Again, the big goal for me here is to work on getting everything systemized so that each of my clients has an amazing experience when we work together, and workflows help take care of a big chunk of that.

It does (almost) everything

Before Dubsado, I used one tool to send client forms, a different tool I used for keeping to do lists, and another tool for tracking the time I spend on different client projects. Now, I don't think there is one CMS that is the "end all, be all" and will do everything that every single user needs, but Dubsado is pretty close for me! Not to mention, their customer service has been absolutely extraordinary. I love how open the owners are about the new features they are adding and their Facebook Community has also been extremely helpful in getting everything set up and answer any other questions I've had.
