Running a business takes a lot (& I mean, a lot) of work — but you already know this.

As a business owner, you have to wear all the hats. You're the accounting department, marketing team, the CEO and more — but you're also only one person. You've been working hard to promote your content, products and services, but making sure your marketing materials and online presence are consistent and cohesive can be pretty time consuming. You've been trying to work smarter, not harder, and carve out some more time with your family and friends — all while keeping your business running smoothly.

While you can certainly do it all, you shouldn't have to.

Let me give you hand.

Design Assistant

An ongoing partnership for you & your business

Instead of buying another generic, over-used template, or spending another late night trying to figure out Photoshop (and still not loving the results), Design Assistant is a partnership to help you feel supported in your business so you have more time to focus on the things you’re best at. Through an ongoing relationship, I’ll learn the ins and outs of your brand and create eye-catching graphics that highlight everything that makes your business awesome. With my help, you’ll be confident that the marketing materials you are sharing look exactly how you want them to and represent your business well.

frequently asked questions

Do I need to have branding in order to work together?

Yes. In order to maintain a consistent and cohesive style across multiple platforms, it's important that you have worked with a professional designer to establish your brand standards, including (but not limited to) logo design, colors and fonts. I also offer brand identity design through my Signature Branding package if you need help with this!

How do I know how many hours I need?

After you’ve reviewed my packages and reached out, the first thing we will do is schedule an introduction call. During this call, I can answer any questions you might have, as well as learn more about your ongoing needs and help decide which package would be best for you. If we decide to move forward, we’ll start with a one-month trial period. This will help us ensure your goals can be accomplished in the allotted amount of time and make sure my processes are a good fit for you. From there, you can enroll in a 3-month commitment.

How do I let you know what I need?

All project requests will be submitted using my project management tool. This makes sure all the information is in one place and nothing gets forgotten or left behind! I’ll provide a template for submitting requests to make sure I have everything I need.

How quickly will I get projects back?

As a designer, I reserve the right to a 48-hour turn around, but more often than not, you'll get it the next business day!

How will I know how many hours I've used?

Your projects and hours used will be updated weekly (typically on Fridays) and can be viewed through your client portal. Any hours over the allotted amount will be invoiced the following month at my hourly rate of $75. On the other hand, unfortunately hours do not “roll over” from month to month.

When is payment due?

Payment is due on the first of the month. All invoices will be issued digitally through my project management tool and sent straight to your inbox. I currently accept payments via PayPal and Stripe, which includes the option to pay with a debit or credit card.

More questions?
